Prove to her you're sincere...? Actually... If she's simply not interested, it won't really matter if you're sincere or ont in most cases...

please, if you don't know her well, you're most likely to like her cuz of outward things, like appearance, personality etc.
try to get to know her well first before you even think you have a chance.
