  Well, true that what your dad did was wrg. But what he did was out of goodwill. No parents in the world will do things that will harm their kids. When I was much younger I too cannot understand alot of my parents' actions, but well, as one aged one will start to realise that watever parents do they do care for you.
  Try talking to them and make a point that that you are old enuff to make your own judement. In additional, display to them a sense of maturity when you are handling any issues. I am sure that they will be buy over by you.
