He said he was disappointed coz i doubted him many times and tt hurt him.. He said that I was paranoid. Today, he just told me sometimes, he feel sick hearing my voice. Should I just let go liao or should I hang on and try to get the faith back into the r/s? How? What should I do?

do you doubt him over nothing at all? or do you have just cause?
maybe he's kinda sick of this and decided enough is enough?
paranoia will eat away and destroy the strongest relationship...
do think about it..
this relationship sounds like it's on the verge of falling apart..
decision is yours.. to repair it would require a LOT of effort... are you strong enough to rebuild it?

I have a cause.. But he refused to acknowledge it... He never try to reassure me.. He just try to brush it aside.. I would very much wanna salvage this r/s.. But I'm at my wits end liao.. I really have no idea wat to do anymore.. Wat can I still do? I'm prepared to just ignore tt cause n start over again.. But how?

I think you got to ask yourself why you are not trusting him so much.. Have you talked to him abt your fears in the situation? If yes, what did he say? Did he assure you that things are not as complicated as it seem to be? You don seem to be able to trust yourself and your instincts with him.. Which is kinda difficult for both of you or rather for him to hold on to the r/s.. Why he feels sick to hearing your voice, I really dunno... But maybe is cause you keep calling or smsing him and ask him so many repeated questions till he gets so fed up... Give both of you some breathing space.. It may do some help..

i've been through tat too. at first i always hang on to the relationship but then soon we both got tired too.. think you should let go. n think properly if he is the guy u really wanted/ worth. A relationship needs TRUST. if u love him until so "xin ku" why dun let go? both of you wont be happy loh. think about it

We had a long talk last nite.. Then I never go bother him after the talk.. Then last nite he asked mi wan go cycling but I got appt today liao.. But my appt cancelled this morning then today he spent e whole afternoon with me till nite.. Is tt a sign to show recovery?

Depending on how you see it... It may and may not be sign of a recovery yet.. But as mention in my earlier post.. You don expect something to get recovered so fast.. Things take time.. Oni you who wants to salvage this r/s back is not enough.. What did he do that makes you so insecure, so doubtful..?? That must be a reason why to it.. Being in a r/s needs trust and honesty.. if these little things you cannot give and fulfil.. then what's the point of holding to a r/s like this..

Recently, I've not been calling him as much as b4.. I tried to understand that he's bz wif his wrk so I dun disturb him.. However, I feel that we no longer communicate as much as b4... But then I feel that he is now sweeter.. As in even if he has got other work commitments at a later time, he'll still try to come and pick mi up and send mi to my destination.. R things showing an improvement?

Anyway, maybe you should try short term separation. It's not like usual break-up. It's like trying not to call each other within a period of time usually 3-6 months.
Distance brings fondness unless hearts are unwilling. -
yeah maybe giving him some room to breathe would help improve the relationship. don't look into these matters so much as they would not mean anything. learn to trust him more and "bug" him less. communicating more with him would let u know where ur relationship stand.
ultimately it still takes both to clap and it is pointless for one party to attempt to salvage when the other is heartless. hope that doesnt happen. all the best! -

hey... i'm in a similar situation as you... exactly the same situation... a cause as well... always on the phone... he dun like me to be so paranoid abt everything... think we got communication problem... talk to him too... he mention that he needs time in order to let me feel secure abt relationship...
however, i feel like giving up at times... no sense of committment at all from him... nevertheless, i still give him the time and chance...
My thinking: Many people got worst situation than us... we have not come to the worst yet... if he is the guy, i'm going to be with for the rest of my life, then i gotta to trust him... trust does not come easy though... he had to work hard for it and i had to give him a chance to work hard... -
