  I understand how you feel... /me pat pat don
  
  But now u have found someone...glad to noe that.
  
  It seems so hard to move on..but try...
  
  It really hurts to look back..recall the times spent together, the words said etc..
  
  But I believe that there are still things waiting for us to achieve..stop thinking about him, stop crying, stop the misery...start afresh...yup, hopefully.....

  ok i'm seldom in AA threads but this one started by don & i read roots, weed, stolich, absolut in them posts!
  
  ahh things close to my heart lol! what I'd give for happy omelettes & a graveyard now!
  
  in any case, don: remember what we've talked abt, ur current r/s is strong, can be stronger & will be stronger in time. Right now, wat is important is dat u believe in urself, ur ahem can give 99% into the r/s but if you don't put in just that last 1% , there'll still be a chink in the armor. Ur ex was a lumbering fumb duck to treat u like he did, so were the other creeps in ur life .... now it's over .... move on ...juz like Nic Cester so succinctly puts it ...
