You mean there are extra stabilising poles other than the horizontal one between the two overhead railings that are found mainly on the Batch 1 KUBs? -

It is mainly the Batch 1s with the lower 80XX rego range that have the 'monkey-bar' now (i.e. the ones that were the earliest to be introduced into service)So far haven't seen a Batch 2 with the monkey-bar. However, on closer observation, you can spot holes drilled into the overhead railings where the monkey bar will eventually be positioned.

TIB1077E is installed with new RATIS system. Took it on 169 today.

TIB1234T got rounded handgrips, which is the first WL Habit to get it.
Not counting TIB1025E, TIB1032J, TIB1039R, TIB1154R, etc, as they were ex-KJ bendies.
TIB1146P no more rim guards.

Did you know... that on last Tuesday's 'First Class' episode that telecasts on Channel 5 at 8pm, there is a SMRT's Private Lance featured in 3 scenes of the episode. One inside the bus, another on the driver's cab and lastly, it was taken outside the bus featuring a BC with full SMRT uniform.

It is hard to say who is first, given the rapid rate of changing that WLDEP is doing. TIB1049L had gotten it back in the last week of October -

SBS8252M (HG 64) has a special set of "monkey-bars" installed for quite a while. -
