Originally posted by AJQZC:I can understand your service's routing of CCK St 52 for the sake of the 302 bus stops, but that would mean bypassing those living near blocks 700+ as well, and fundamentally 180 and 302, 307 seem to serve different purposes. So perhaps not. (Unless there's a second service coming over from BPJ, in which case one would serve Way / St 52 / 62, and the other Dr / St 54 and North 7 / Cres.)
Queueing system ... not too sure on that, but it sounds like the old CCK Ave 5 bus stops. Are these bus stops long enough to accomodate that? If not, that'd be too chaotic.
Route seems windy, yes ... but 180's the only BPJ route readily available for extension to Yew Tee, equipped with bendys and all. Even though it is an SMRT service starting from an SBST interchange. I believe this routing (Yew Tee - KJE - BPJ MRT) would be in high demand as DTL2 opens.
An alternative would be extending 177, but it would have to be made full-day and run along Hillview Rd during non-peak.
Hmmm.. Okay.. Thanks for the feedback..
Maybe can intro short trips service also...

This route is somewhat too roundabout ... going via KJE is much faster. (Unless there are turning restrictions? In which case do note to me)
Don't forget Bt Panjang ITH won't open until 2017 ... this route could be introduced by then, but we need the Yew Tee - BPJ link by 2016. Thus my earlier suggestion on extending 180.

Bt Panjang - Woodlands sector duplicates 960. I would consider rerouting it via Mandai Rd --> BKE / SLE --> WDL Ave 2 --> Southern WDL --> WDL Ave 12 --> SLE.
Also, on the subject of a northern SG route, perhaps you would want to comment on MoltenFalcon's route suggestion?

u kidding me
Oh please. Why you ask that question?
Originally posted by Path Light:Hope the LTA will use my suggestions
Why do you even care about the LTA? All they do is to remove the routes that you like.
And now you're begging them to listen to your suggestions.
Might as well set up a private bus company to compete against them. Lol.

Hi mr pathlight, may I kindly suggest you don't flood so many topics/subjects with incoherent and illogical suggestions? Take a look at the above and check out for yourself. Cheers. Thanks.

Duplicates 197 and 198 quite a lot, may be more useful if it goes via Taman Jurong I think.

Gd inter-town connections, although can use Woodlands Rd-KJE to Yew Tee instead of going thru CCK, and serve Yew Tee MRT directly. I see you're connecting Sungei Kadut/Kranji directly to Admiralty and SBW by bus, although not sure if it makes the route too long.
