The investment started only because Emcom win the bidding in Taichung, so its not waiting for approval, its already approved. The company is already building it now.

Its not a investment on tayee too, but a investment in TaiChung Wireless City Project.
The Project in TaiChung is already gotten by Emcom, thats why it started the investment thing.
Btw its not NTI going for the Bid, its Emcom, please get your info right and not just say everything just by your liking.
Anyway never get the project in singapore does not means they can't get in other countries right. And if you do bidding before, you should know that getting a bid is not whether the company can do it anot, but sometimes on the presentation and relationships too. -

How can technology be given recognition by IDA in such a high handed way? Gee, we are so way behind Korea and Japan in optic cable connection, and US already have their www2 long time ago. What tech in fact you are talking about? Its BlueEngine's bid, not Emcom or NTI or any others.
