If telescope is repling to NUS or Jusboi type of replies with "telling off" style, then i do not see it as a nuisance, but perception or other members is merely giving a own view replies, he also tell them off rather then a better manner of repling that what the problem is.

I wish to know something, LegacyMan (or other agents but Legacyman preferred due to his good reputation built up in the forum ). Do u tell ur client the records of Mr James Phang or those failed projects when u are presenting the Emcom project? For me, neither my agent (my friend) nor the presenter tell me any of those things. ( which will aid me in making sound decision ) Moreover, most of the client are either friends or family of the agents. I feel tat the agent should let them know the track records of the company and their previous achievements.Of course, if the agents or the presenter themself dont know those things, they cant be blamed. 
I know that its the responsibility of the investor to research these info in depth. But for some of the clients, they are not amateur investor and they invested mostly because they trust the agent tat they have done much research in the project. ( and of course, high returns)
Secondly, with regards to the capital protection plan, i wana know if the client will be able to recieve the promised sum of money even though the project failed right? ( for me SP is 3.6k) Tat is wat my agent told me. I know that for the second point, i have posted in another topic, but i think this thread is quite active right?

not knowing the track record doesn't mean you have no responsibility at all.
your friends, family, relatives ALL SIGN on the SPOT without thinking should they sign all BASED ON 2 words

by committing that this project is trust-worthy, you are gambling with your trust-factor. Once bitten - Twice Shy.
As there's a saying. It takes 10 yrs to build a trust-worthy reputation; BUT it TAKES ONLY 3 days to reuin your established reputation build over the years.So since you have know know the track record, IT IS YOUR DUTY TO FIND OUT MORE, NOT theirs.
I've trusted NTI once, by refering them to NTI, but the trust was lost - ALL MY Secondary School Friends (those whom i knew for yrs) all gone down the drain. I'm just want to share and advice. If you want to commit your trust and put it on the line, put it on a more trust-worthy company. Many people, in fact most people don't know that once the creditibility is lost, it's hard to recover it. -

wat i really mean is that the agents who was referred in to NTI by their upline but these upline did not tell them about the previous failure (my mistake to say achivement
). So these agents know nothing more of their company previous track records and start introduce people into the company due to watsoever reason.
In layman term,
1. upline keep information about something ( bad things of course or else why they zip their mouth for?)
2.agents trust their upline, joined company.
3.these agents become active and introduce more people.
What do we have here?A vicious cycle.....
So what i mention in the earlier post tat agents cant be blame is those agent in 2. However, we can also agrue that its the agents responsible to research in depth about the company ur working for, unless you are in some reputable company. (thus wat fallen had said make sense ) -

NTI FAILURE = How would you feel if a business keeps changing products once every few months, and the prices keeps going up and up whereas the product quality and product variety keeps dropping?
To make matter worse, the agents turnover rate is extremely high!!
NTI people are trained ONLY TO LOOK TOWARDS MONEY!!
Today they can join NTI due to GREEDY EMCOM INVESTMENT PRODUCT, the next time you know it, they can also BE LEAVING NTI for MONEY ISSUES = nti not able to hold their promises as per promised earlier before you sing.
The BEM and above mangers (80% of which are managers who belongs to the very early batch WHO HAVE LEFT!! Than now come back due to money again.
SUCH A COMPANY - is it failure ?
To me, it is, I don't know how you people think. Need to answer, keep the answer to yourself.

Are they going to just invite people to join them base on their courses? Maybe a new project is going to come out, but if not, i wonder how the company going to survive as they have to pay rebates for their agents. If i am not wrong, a basic bronze merchant is about $280? The company have to give commission to agents, internal "ding dong" stuff, leeching of money from upline. Maybe most of the money use to mantain NTI is from EGA .( just my guessing) -
1 more thing to add. Is NTI a mlm company? I tot they just adopt the marketing method of mlm. ( so does this make it a mlm company? i dont know cause i nv read widely )

NTI agents 'invite people based on using people's greediness to attract them into NTI. Why NOP agents hardly nor even want to talk about it, is because they have seen so much examples that they give up in trying to explain online or for MOST they DON'T even come and help. Because people are attracted to GREED = $$ / S11 (put them together and you will get $) that they refuse to listen to advice which is why many NOP agents hardly explain.
Even i'm getting sick of trying to explain whatever shit stuff James Phang and his 'loyal' agents (i say their 'legal' financial [mlm] loan sharks).
A company that doesn't have a product nor black and white contract (this will be given if you invest in insurances/bonds but why didn't NTI give it? - THINK!!) transcation when there's cash involved is deem as a PYRAMID SCHEME which is BANNED IN SINGAPORE and WORLDWIDE!!
NTI is just using the products they have in NTI as a mask to cover the pyramid scheme that they doing.
AND NTI IS A MLM COMPANY in case you don't know. (refering to your 2nd reply)

For the guranteed return, i guess yours is 150% right, you will get them back from sunshine even if emcom's project failed. Its all written in the agreement. -

All new student or trainee in NTI is given a choice to join Sunshine Empire as merchant, when they join NTI for courses. Imagine you working in a retail store selling products; example shoes
A reporter comes in and request for interview of the retail's store success story.
Being the manager-in-charged of the store, with you doing all the strategy. Can you just reply and say YOU DON'T KNOW, neither do I want to know, if you want to interview, ASK MY BOSS because he tells me to do what than i do what, i didn't put in any effort at all. If you give this type of reply in work outside, YOU'LL BE SACKED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT FAIL!!
If you don't even bother to know the company's background, than do you have any pride that you are working in a company and are you proud of it? You don't even know what services or products you boss/the company can offers to you, the potential of the corporation that you're working in. How can you convice a Experienced Investor to come in and join you when you KNOW NOTHING?
The other thing is - If James Phang's other companies are really that good, he will surely show off to his agents de lor. Lumimi is an example; besides that, no other companies under him is something which he is proud of so he hide it up. If he is really that good, sure got videos of his achievements etc..but why didn't he show them? (if there's good stuff, he sure will show off by having them shown to agents during his training lessons 100% chop!) IS HE (JAMES PHANG) really doing well OR are the companies on the verge of closing?
You are better of being a normal worker. Don't work in MLM, if you aren't going to change.
MLM is also a business, but you are not putting in the effort that it is needed by businessmen/businesswomen.
Advice for you - IF you want to work or EXCEL in MLM, make sure you know what you are doing.

NTI - Training Company Training means not MLM? - BUT WHY do they still have this Binary Network Marketing Compensation Plan? Training- how true is that?

Training company, what's the facilities that helps agents to train? Are there lots of tables and chairs, everyday have lessons and classes ma?
Or are NTI agents everyday sitting on tables drawing circles and telling about the investment plan? -
there's 2 tables, 1 is from the taichung, the lower 1 is from nti (singapore)
Now what the compensation that every nti agent is getting is from the lower table, not from the investment project at all.
when the project developer gets enough people to sign it's services than they will give out the payment, than NTI side will stop.
meaning to say, all these while, nti has being using the money invested by INVESTORS and dividing it among nti agents accordingly!! just 50% of the amount that investors invested in.
so when the city is ready and gives money, than NTI will use the project dividends to support other operations and spend on upkeep (of rental of HUB HUB office) + pay for NTI incentives (not part of emcom anymore in future [example new yr hong bao incentive, genting trip]). This is the reason why the leaders say when the city start having payment, than NTI side of contribution will stop. (they just put it by saying nicely only, but the fact is they greedy for money, for their income of maintainence is high, with poor products that can't attract ppl, so they use ecmom to attract people and to use their money to pay off the upkeeps etc.
