If you have been reading the newspapers... the current office building that NTI is located right now is going to be reconstructed into an apartment called One-Shenton. I am not telling you my 'perception' based on what I have heard in the forum. I am telling you my ACTUAL experience in this company. When I was in NTI brainwashing kids like you I dun even know where you are, man. Thats why I call you a kid. Because you don't know anything about your JP or your emCON or your NTI. The thing you experiences may not be things that others will experience due to the way you work in NTI.
If you are not here for discussion rather just want people to listen to your experiences and follow what you say, then i suggest you can save it. As we know someone in it will seldom listen to negative points.
Anyway i started when NTI started.

Please, if you are really in NTI for so long, open your eyes and look at your leaders there. You are willing to trust them blindly just like that with your time, effort and money? I did that for almost 3 years and in the end got nothing to show for all my blood sweat and tears. Maybe I sound very harsh, but I am speaking from the viewpoint of someone who has been already through the whole thing and am lucky to have left. Otherwise now I might still be inside wondering what most of the so-called 'managers' there are thinking. Not earning money still have to spend money to keep up the image, no stable income and no support from the company. -

IF NTI IS REALLY THAT GOOD, WHY SHOULD THEY DEPEND ON EXTERNAL PRODUCTS TO INCREASE THEIR SPEED OF RECRUITMENT of EITHER Networkers/Investors?
Are their products not that good to attract people to join the company?
Since they are helping external party to sell their products - INDIRECTLY= they are slapping themselves telling you fools out there (sorry if i sound harsh, but no hard feelings okay?)
"Hey, look!! My products aren't good enough, nvm, now i found a good product, it's a good time to join me now!"
Guess what, the next thing you know, is that soon they will be losing the distributorship of this Emcom. [which will happen when the developer gets enough captial - now he is just making use of our Singaporeans' money to achieve his dreams, when he got enough capital, he'll take it solo. THAT'S BUSINESS!! PROFIT MATTERS!!]
It's Emcom which attracts people , not NTI not their products, NOT their leaders NOR their reputation. What attracts them are GREED!!

Without Emcom, WHAT IS NTI? - An empty Shell perhaps. Remember 1 thing, Emcom, is just a partner, what if the contract is up, they found a partner willing to pay more and get back lesser in returns when they have the power.
Than what happens?
NTI will go back to it's original colour. An empty shell. How many people will still be staying with NTI?
