Yes i understand, all im trying to do is clarify some stuff and try my best to shed some light on the bigger picture.
To be honest im not able to clarify issues and doubts through forums here, the SE representatives here cannot as well. Its either you guys make a trip to SE office and ask one of the bigger guns there, as none of them are as idle as us (small guns if i may) to come on forums to read on articles like these.
Theres really no use debating and debating since no one have really given a satisfied answer to you lot out there, i'm not trying to point fingers or make personal attacks, all im trying to state is laurence82 if you're ever so curious, maybe you have to find your right source of information, no use giving/taking punches time and time and time again till you have 70+ thousand posts.
And lastly SE agents ain't desperate, we just try our best to clarify issues, which obviously ain't working. If we are ever ever desperate here is the last place we will be publicizing anything.

i have to agree with you that because nobody really knows how MLM work, thats why some people like JP use MLM as a cover up to run ponzi scam.
during my dad's time, some people also running ponzi scam while pretending to be insurance companies. -

I am in the callback service like what emcall is doing, it is a cut throat business and many of the playesr are either closed down or merge because compete with the 3 network operators and the margin is really low. The EMCOM wireless project is estimated to launch by Jan 08, and the EMCALL service to launch officially in 1-2 months' time. Maybe you guys can come back and declare it a failure after the poor response from the market.
From what i heard, emcall is giving free service, i.e. they are making losses, think and you know the answer -

Even if an MLM company is not charged, the CAD will not guarantee that its legal

CAD has been investigating NTI way before Sunshine - just trust my source that they are keeping a very firm eye on their activities.
