Anyhow use government name
HDB Hub may belong to the government, but it still a commercial space to be let out to prospective tenants
How does that determine a company's activities are legal?
The Tourism Board isnt a regulatory body for commercial activities especially financial and MLM, so how does that determine that a company's activities are legal?

1. All investor go for refund , but SE manager still say that no one refund so far , actually alot of ppl wanna refund , but rejected .
2. CAD freeze SE operation so that they dont have $$ to payout to their investor from month to month.
3. JP & JH run away to other country , but i think their passport is onhold by CAD.

Better demand for a refund!!! Why is it that everyone knows how to complain and ask for refund for all the other companies but then this company people actrually believe no one ask for refund and everyone just listen and quietly obey????

This nice little forum demonstrated the 'investment' by Sunshine into Emcom with Merchants becoming 'investors'.
The usual replies that some 'rouge' merchants got the company policy wrong don't hold water any more as too many of the word 'investment' has popped up way too often.
I do believe the Company has deviated from MLM into financial investment. -

its not easy to demand for a refund. like someone mentioned earlier, they always say no one go refund. but in fact there are, and i happened to be one. they dont entertain me at all lor. they sit there talk crap with me, i insist on a refund yet they tell me no one want refund before and i not interested in their money-making idea but they keep asking people with higher authority to talk to me. in the end also didnt get it back.Originally posted by fire & ice:Better demand for a refund!!! Actually on many anti MLM websites, there are a lot of materials on how some scams managed to con their victims
Many include 'actual' videos or news reports, newspaper articles, signatures or document purportedly endorsed by some authoritative figures
If you all recall, later last year, the SE agents posted many documents, news reports of their projects in Taichung, yet one year later, the Taiwanese authorities denies that any license or mandate given to Emcom
Question is, where do all these news reports and documents come from?

Talking about refunds (which is highly unlikely), so has anyone who joined already got any real cash for this mth? Be it in cheque form or direct GIRO into the account. I heard that some of the cheques got bounced and money not in even after 7 working days...
