In response to earlier comments that some Sunshine Empire members were saying “SE will be listed in some Asian Stock Markets”.
In August 2007, EMCOM fully acquired China Photar (Stock #8220 in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange). Such acquisition was not an IPO (Initial Public Offering,. For those who are not familiar with the terminology, IPO is the process for the “first(initial)” sale of stocks by a private company to the public.
This company, China Photar, had not given out any dividends to the shareholders for the past five years. Since August 2007, this company was reporting operating lost in two consecutive Quarterly Financial Result Announcements and its stock price has fallen a lot.
EMCOMÂ’s acquisition was at a very low price.For more details, please make cross-reference to other comments in another forum.
EMCOMÂ’s acquisition may have two reasons. At first, this company couldnÂ’t fulfill the IPO requirements set by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Or else, of most important, this is a short cut to cheat those stupid people with such misleading message that Sunshine Empire is a public-listed company.
NOTE:
1. Growth Enterprise Market Board (GEM Board) is not the Main Board in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
2. EMCOM (another EGA affiliate) is not the same as Sunshine Empire. As of today, Sunshine Empire is not a public-listed company and it still doesnÂ’t own any public-listed companies
3. On 20-11-2007, the stock price was closing at HK$0.214

my question is, if so, why didnt the SE agents here take these people to task?
the thousand and one excuses SE agents have come up with - black sheeps lar, clones lar, whatever lar...they never did take anyone to task
they came to flame and make personal attacks the main strategy of their counterclaims activities
i have warned them several times of the repercussions of people who taint their image, and even the more saner agents who tried to discuss the issues in a proper tone, never, i repeat, never ever address these issues properly or come up with news that their company is going to take a firm action
only now then they start closing blogs

excuse me,i am from Bali indonesia,after i see alot of chat mean SE,in Bali just starting booming , i just become a merchant of SE it s only 2 weeks ago and now i see and read in this forum anything happen about SE in Singapore.Its kind of sad if that things is rite,please somebody explain me rite away cos so many people in Bali join in and dont know anything at all
