You're right...it's a "Ponzi Scam". In future, if you have any questions about a company, have a stockbroker check it out first. The scams coming out of the Far East, like Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc. are far more sophisticated and complex than the "Nigerian Scams" that, as primitive as they are, have suckered tens of thousands of people over the past fifteen years.

yess i am,but people here are too easy they cheat them,they made a good presentation hoping a good life without do nothing just put your money and sitting wait for the money back after a month,they said James Phang as hard to get legalize from singapore authorities,thats way not to be worried about SE

if SE failed and banned in Singapore, so it will be SE - Indonesia.
if you're afraid, can withdraw your $$$$ from SE, now or later.
if cannot, call police or any indo government agencies....sorry for Indonesian part, don't have much resources on who can help you out.
but i think rules in indo are different from here.....depends the form you signed with SE.

i can't understand it at all. so much news, so little action form the authorities and by the time they can through, maybe the big masterminds already made off with a HUGE chunk of cash stashed away and even manage to get off scot-free because they have devised plans to draw himself away from the mastery of the criminal act....
people, wake up!!! it is not OK, not alright, not RIGHT to cheat. It is not right, whether legal or illegal to put money into a scheme and ask others to put money into a money game to supposedly "earn" money. THAT IS NOT EARNING!!!!! That is NOT making a living!!!!! -

they can even call themselves network marketing company, not realising that they do not have MLM license in Malaysia, nor its not up to them to determine who they are
they can be telling others that the media is falsely accusing them and drumming up negative image of them
