Here's my advice on asking for refund.
It's very easy. It sure works. Go regularly to their cashier counter and make a scene whenever new prospects are about to pay or ask alot of negative questions during their OPP presentation and let the other new prospects hear it. The management will surely pull you aside to refund you quietly.
Of course, you must be brave enough and try get a companion along as witness and protection. -
Well, just a week ago, I got into the same situation as steven84's. I don't know, but somehow I felt I have not written enough or convincing reasons for refunding in the form. I just felt I will not able to get back my money. Can anyone advise me if they really reject my request? Or is it a hopeless case if they reject? -
i went to NTIParis the other day. I realised that what they do is very very similar to the pyramid scheme. They had ZERO interest in marketing their products, throughout the whole conversation, EVERYTHING was focused on recruiting.
We have to pay a minimum of $288 upfront to participate in their business, and in return, we will be given a set of aromatherapy product which they say we can either sell or use it ourselves. $288 for a set of aromatherapy product is grossly overpriced. A diffuser and bottle of essential oil from lampe berger(quite famous) cost only $100+, which means we will never be able to sell the product given to us. Which means ultimately we will haf to keep and use it ourselves.
So isn't that the same as pyramid scheme whereby money is made through recruitment? The only difference is they give u a product to "cover up" the $288 you pay up front.
Another thing is they were damn aggressive in recruiting. They keep urging us not to think, just go ahead and do it. I mean what kinda pple in this world will do things without thinking? Dumb farks

U r absolutely spot on! This is according to someone's experience who related it to me regarding this company that's spoiling the name of the industry. I have a fren who used to be a distibutor in ntiparis. He told me that he cannot withdraw his commissions becos his account is being freezed. And he is so pissed off by it not only becos of that but also becos he had to wait for a few months. According to him, he had to constantly go down and ask if his commission check is ready. Alas the counter said NO!!! My fren said it's becos his upline had wanted to leave ntiparis for another company and that the whole network also decided to shift together. I guess becos of this his upline's upline who is also part of the management position decided to freeze everyone in his network from getting their commission checks!!! What kind of attitude is this? My fren said that in order to collect the commission checks he had to ask from that top upline who freezed the accounts. I mean this is some political issue goin on here it's totally separate issues. ntiparis is really spoiling the name of the mlm industry. Good companies' distributors have their commission checks sent to them to their mailbox every month no matter what happens!!! There are good companies to look out for and bad ones to avoid. Unfortunately, ntiparis fits the latter!!!

Everyone seems to be a walking zombie there. All they talk is about $$$, how much you can earn in a month and so on.
They talk about trust, and I don't even know them except the friend (not a close friend) who asked me there. Everything seems so fake, employees greeting those with coats, employees smiling, nodding and agreeing the system sure guarantee earn $... They MLM? Why never touch on how they are going to sell the products? Their products so ex and useless, how they sell sia
After being bomb-barded with all the benefits NTIparis offers, they assumed I will be interested and eager to sign the form with them, heck, they even draw out the plan for me. Say I open 5 business centrals than I can earn back faster. Which means I will need to pay $1440.. Toot...If i so rich would i even look for a job.. -

the last few posts seems to mention tht nti does not focus on sale of products and the agents not knowing their products. urm...i noe it sounds stupid...but why is tht important?
anyway, i juz wanna clarify im on a neutral stand bcos it seems like an anti nti BB. haha. is this supposed to be the case? bcos it started quite well with facts backing two different stand which didnt involve any companies but seems to take a total drift after a while. read something like this...someone mentioned this BB is to take down nti when another party request for a summary. cant remember who and where lah..haha sorry. -

To me..i'm negative abt this system..coz i've been in before..in fact..i was one of the pioneer batch..shall not elaborate further on that...juz some experiences that i've encountered b4 and wanna share with those who're in doubts of whether to join such company/system..true that i gave quite a few negative comments on such company/system..and in fact..no positive comments on them...coz it never reflect to me its positive side..
if the product's good n perphaps worth the $$$, as so called "Investments", i would recommend it..seriously...however, it turned out that such products aren't that real or worth that kinda $$$...i felt cheated and at that time i was young..no job..knowing that that product isn't real n worth that $$$..i've no choice but to "bluff" or talk to others abt how good that product was n worth the investment as the system the company drew out..so called "plan" was really worth it as you can recover back your $$$ in no time...say..less than a month...i've to recover back my $$$..no choice...we're not talking abt items that cost $10-$100...but above $300..it may seems like it's not a huge amt of money...but it's not little..especially for such products...if most of you realise, the age group being "recruited" in are mostly between 18yrs old to 24yrs...either they're studying or juz ORD (I was one of them)..
In the end..i gave up recovering back my $$$ as if i felt that i'm betraying my frenz...trying to lure them in,knowing that it's not worth it...i treasure my friendships more than to do such things...
But i'm not trying to prevent those who're interested in joining the company or group..they're feel to do so...as afterall, it's their $$$...who noes...maybe they can earn lots of $$$...good for them..
Juz my 3cents worth..not trying to make things difficult for those who're in that business...

All I can say is this.
MLM do emphasise on income earning too. When human greed or foolishness kicks in, even if the company emphasise or is trying to sell its products, members may override such system and focus on the benefits of huge income potential.
On the other hand, companies may use products as cover up, I will point out again and again, when a business is set up, its sole purpose is to sell products or provde services, no matter what marketing system. The product or service cannot be secondary or bonus to the earning potential.
When a company management, without considering its distributors, tries to focus on 'huge income potential' and use nice words such as 'investments'. it plays along the line of money game, where people 'invested' in a money system, churning out money to uplines, causing downlines who 'invested' to wait hopefully for the next downlines 'investments'. Distinguish this from the income earned from genuinely trying to sell products, where you are offering value for money products, and even without recruiting, you benefit.
nti, in my opinion, has led many people to believe in few myths.
- Registration of company = Legality
Nope. When a company is registered, it only complete a few legal obligations and formalities. Frauds and scams are later found out and investigated by CAD
- Great income potential, plus distributors really earning a lot = Legality.
Nope again. Earn based on what? I would ask. Read my first few paragraphs.
- Boss invested a lot into the company, even setting up overseas branch. Therefore, he intends it to be fair and aboveboard.
Another myth. Relate this to the scams of past years. Many has registered as business, and set up posh offices at Shenton Way and White House. Refer to the commodities scams of 1994 period. If returns negate huge initial investments, why not? Sophiscation will the keyword.
Lastly,unlike dcx, (paiseh), I will not take a neutral stand, Consider the impact of such companies. Truly the attractiveness of nti is that many do earn initially. But troubles sets in the long term, when such great income earning is not supported by considerations such as value for money products, lacking legal support, flawed management etc etc. -
Just look at this ... isn't it clear that the NTI logo has been pasted on top of a snapshot of a building using Adobe Photoshop? This picture was extracted with the help of Sothink SWF Decompiler from NTI's flash presentation at www.ntiparis.com . It seems as if they don't even have a building in Indonesia, or even a branch there!
At least if they want to Photoshop and sw*ndle more people, do it right, do it the first time, as their international pr*sident says!

Sorry to heard that u have a bad experience in NTI.
I also have alot of my campmates cases like u . NTI top guy name Desmond , follow by jacky & Gary , heard that they earn quite a good income almost 5 figure plus minus per month .
But after i fact find , the truth is that they all dont earn that much. Desmond the most senior among the 2 of them , work in the networking industry for at least 4 yr and above , he was from NOP last time . my campmate alway tell us his profiles how much he earn and how good he is . and my campmate greet him Mr desmond , sound like he so great .
I ask my friend ,since he so great and can earn at least 5 figure per month , what car he drive and what kind of apartment he live in ?? Desmond only drive a black lancer .. if a person like him so high status in a company and so many of his downlines over hundred of them tee up him . i dont think he earn that much .
Alot of loophole in NTI

and majority of their Nti agent only around 16 to 21 yr old . all too young .. maybe NTI can con young boys to join them . other big MLM cant con young boys

DCA even though u haf deleted ur posts but tt doesnt mean NTiparis is not a crap company. Even though u haf apologised tt doesnt mean the damage to NTI is not obvious. Even if u deleted ur posts and apologised to Desmond or JAmes Phang, it doesnt mean everyone agrees with u. Thanks for spilling out the beans on NTI. More ppl will know abt their doing n will gladly be wiser to avoid this so-called mlm co.
