Finally ... Got the photobucket account up and running well, hope no NTI f*cker DDOS'es it.
Look at this photo I extracted from the NTI flash presentation on their main site. The logo obviously doesn't look natural -- the keystone (trapezoid skewing) is not right! Furthermore, when I go into the advanced properties, you see it there. ADOBE PHOTOSHOP!

Meanwhile, if you are so bloodthirsty in bleeding scammers dry, take a look at Artists Against the 419 Scammers at http://www.aa419.org/ . It bleeds fank banks' and fake lotteries' websites dry such that they cause an Error 509 -- Bandwidth Limit Exceeded.
Game over for them, and down with the scammers. How I wish I could load NTI (it can mean anything, even NewTech Infosystems, but you know which one I am arrowing) into AA419! -

Beware of a new coy called CosLab. They are cheaters as well. The top guys (Steve & Kelvin) are from NOP as well. Even the management level are from NOP. THEY ARE OUT TO CHEAT PEOPLE AGAIN. -

it come to my attention two things. Many ex agents and customers actively seeking refunds. Some are successful, and one did an out of court settlements. And its common, even in this forum, that ntiparis claimed to have Lee & Lee as a backing. So far, no proof in this.
However, any request for help from me will be redirected to another person who can help you better. He is more experienced in seeking refunds from nti.
Second thing, which makes me really laff when i saw it, and it also happened to one of our forumers. It is the fact that many do not know how the laws operate in Singapore. Firstly, everyone has equal right as guaranteed under the law, meaning, no one order the other guy around.
i have heard of stories, and recently in one of the blogs, I have seen demented nti agents demanding a) apologies for any misstatement made upon them b) demand or pressure people sign up for their schemes c) people who made such statements be courageous, moralistic blah blah blah...
Again, may i inform the public at large they cannot do such things.
Second thing is, thinking they owned the world, they try to scare everyone who is clueless about the law that they can sue for defamation. Again, the process to qualify something as defamation is tedious, and that you will be equally liable if you threaten legal rights without substance or action, especially if you are trying to scare people off.
Anyhow, if they have legal backing, why the out of court settlements with one guy who tries to get refunds through his lawyers?
Again, hope those who seek refunds get it back.

Most of these stuff comes when people come approaching me or other forumers to help get them refunds, or when you talk to people around. -
Ok, to add on to my previous post, recently i found two or three blogs, which actually quote my post in this topic, the blog writers did it to warn or advise their friends from ntiparis...
soon after they posted it, i saw the following message posted on the blog version of shoutbox..and i quote this nti agent who came barging into that blog..
"NTI: it would be advisable to censor information that can be used as evidence sent onto court for scandals, wrong accusations unfactual incidents."
"NTI: We would also demand for an apoloy due to the unfriendly remarks that are damaging our reputation made. -All information have been printed out with borned on printed.
Note the superiority complex of these agents, who broke the laws themselves, but use legal arms to muscle their way around.... -
woah~! didn't know that's a huge discussion over here of NTIparis..me was also kind of being cheated by a colleague of mine to go there and listen..she juz told me if i wan a business opportunity..i ask her wat the job is abt,she juz said it's a business opportunity & can work at my free time..den she said ppl there will explain to me wat issit abt..i was quite suspicious that time but i still went cos she's my gd fren & i've promised her..luckily,i was well prepare for arguements with them..haha..they din let me go for hrs till they closed ard 11+..omg..i have to take a cab home then..they even take out the application form,put on the table..and i think they only wanna let me go until i sign it..but i was too stubborn to sign..i said i need time to consider plus i no money..den they say why still consider,it's such a gd opportunity & i might miss out lots of money making opportunity..den they say if i not enough,they help me pay lst den i return them next time..den i was like wat kind of world is that..u're like forcing me..if it's so gd,why not u keep it to urself..den they was like sayin they wanna share this opportunity cos they dun wanna be selfish..
Then i was also dealing with another NTI guy,he said that time SARS,the whole unit from that building contact SARS except for 1 unit..den he ask me do i noe why,he said cos that family uses their aromatherapy that's y they dun have SARS..den i was telling him i heard from ch8 news that got one family died from taking in too much carbon dioxide from burning those aromatherapy..den he went speechless & say he duno where i got this news from but he said his is a true story..pls..mine is from ch8 news,isn't it real??
Then that's another NTI guy came to "chat" with me..then he was askin if i know any other MLM company..den i told him i only noe Nuskin..den he was sayin Nuskin using a different network plan from their company and saying Nuskin method is not as gd as NTI..den i was like "hey,Nuskin is a worldwide product & u're telling me they're not doing gd enough??"
All i can say was i quite pissed off with this company & the method they used..they really focus on "forcing" ppl to recruit in their company..I feel like i was being cheated by a gd fren for their own benefits of earning cash..she keep telling me that i can earn extra cash..den i was thinkin are they tryin to earn from me issit..i was so hurt man..they din let me see the product or try the product before askin me to sign & taking home and unknown scary product..Then they were sayin why so many ppl here are youngsters & all teenagers only..Then i was thinkin cos they all being cheated by their close frens too to listen to them talk..I have endless of complainings abt this company..i shall stop here..gosh..i wrote too much

I didn't nti was that bad... last time i went there... my friend only explained their marketting plan to me... didn't really force me to buy anything, only keep asking me to consider...
Guess i was lucky not to have meet a hard-core hard seller..

After seeing many posts and topics, i realise one very common point...
many people seem to join a particular company by comparing the marketing plan and the ease of how easy it is to make money from it at many times is the geez of the topic.
Personally, i feel that the bottom line should be that everyone should ask himself this question: If you are not doing the business, will YOU yourself still keep on using the product?
If yes, i feel that the sincerity to share the opportunity is more credible. This is due to the fact that he/she is sharing the chance for another person to use a product that will benefit him/her first and as a result, gain monetarily as the reward. (Like what Brian Tracy call this business, WORD OF MOUTH business)
If No, then i believe the stability of the organization is at risk. As the whole group is built on riding on the marketing plan, anyone will simply lose his whole group when another plan that pays better comes onto the market.
Why not just choose a company with a product or services you will always use, and the company pays reasonably and punctually. There will be no pressure on anyone then.. right? The problem is that many networkers work too hard to convince people, and not to simply expose/educate people about the opportunity . -

frankly, there are really some good ones in NTI that are trying hard to do the proper way of network marketing but then there are too many doing the scam way... making them struggling internally.
we can help those people who are sincere to get out of NTI after realising their mistakes. we can forgive them because they are being blinded initially..they are also considered a victim or simply a tool to JP.

i have heard b4 that a certain GOLDCOINS' MLM has Lee and lee as their lawyers.
what is surprising is that, whoa, MLMs now are resorting to sueing ppl for defamation.
LKY sues WP for defamation.
AStar director sues scholar for defamation in his blogsite.
and now NTI paris agent sues NMer for defamation in his blogsite.
it certainly spells a new chapter in MLM history in singapore.
