DW Group & EastWing Group - My Experience

hi there i am one of the ppl who went there to apply for a job everything that is decribed by those who applied for a job there too.. i went there during fasting month 2005 cant remember wat month it was...
they were extremely secretive about the product the company was dealing with... they make you wait for hours before your less than 5 minute interview... i was so fed up... while waiting, one of the staff asked me whether i believed in the product or not blah blah... (after watching the stupid tape ang going for the stupid see your blood on the machine test) ... i just kept saying yah i believe...
coz i saw one of Suria's channel actress her name is Nina Halim she acted in this malay drama called ANAK METROPOLITAN working there so i thought it cant be that bad right... so i just go along lor... sigh... they made me come back for a 2nd interview next 2 days. then wait fror another 3 hours or so den finally got to meet andy chee of magnius or smtg like that cant really recall...wah... they all say i lucky to be trained under him lah... they say got one girl train under him after one month become dunno wat top position lah... manager or smtg i think.. den they told me bout the car thingy also... which i dont understand n dont give a fu*ck...
they all sound so bloody real until i stumbled upon this forum...
oh... then i came to work the following week and had to do the listing down the numbers of my friends, relatives.... and stuff... found it so bloody dumb.... i was thinking in my head i should go to my rich uncle and stuff......
thank god my fiancee persuaded me to stop working... actually i also felt reluctant to go back for the 2nd day of work... so i didnt come lor...
coz if i came right, i had to go and visit my OWN PARENTS and convince them to buy the products... they told me that certain things i shouldn't reveal lah like say i have to close last deal to get promoted n stufff and they say its a WHITE LIE and somrtimes you have to do it,..... actually the they im refering to is a malay girl called LIANA. one of the top ppl ther or so they claim..
how can these ppl cheat ppl like that.... god. thank god i was lazy not to go to a stupid job..
PS actually i have so much more details to write but im knocking off from work... hhehe

i saw a advertisment today.. it says lookin for admin / sales stuff .. $7 - 8 .. so i decided 2 call them and went 2 the interview today..
its at 16th floor .. unit 16-01 apex tower and they say their company is dw grp... i 've held several jobs be4 at town area.. i thought the company shld be quite nice.. BUT WTF MAN !!!!! the unit is so freakin small la .. like run-down office .. wah see alr straight away turn off.. ha ha alot of teens aso.. all O level chaps i tink .. dey look freakin weird in their office wear.. ha ha .. got alot of ppl turn up today.. i hope dey dun get con.. wah i damm heng sia.. lucky i go and check up on this stupid company or else i'll waste my busfare .. ccb .. i giv up my nap 2 go interview today.. but nvm.. at least i din get con..

Good question...But i ask u..What can the police do? This company even got into the strait times a few years ago and its still operating now...If the police can stop them (If they are doing anything), then do u think it can open until now? i still dunnoe y some teens will actually sell the products to their own family .. i've noticed that some of u guys said got ppl actually sell over $10k of worth of products to their frens or relatives.. but in the end get paid only 1k + ..
dat is omg la... these teens still believe in that company ah ? if dey earn all the 10k i got nth 2 say la.. but it is not .. it is no diff from earnin the $$ from the frens and familiy members whom u most trusted and loved..
btw realli haf 2 thanks u guys for creating this tread .. at least it helps teens like mi to noe dat such cheat company exist in sg.. -
That's precisely the problem!! Anyway, its wise of you to leave...Warn your friends also so that such things will not happen to them...You will never want someone close to you to join this company...It will ruin their life... -

but getting ur relatives to buy the stuff will only end up in quarrels between you and your family.
and now i left with nothing. no salary. no products. and i nw kena frm my parents why i wanted to work in this stupid company in the first place. say im too toopid already. haiz , really wasted quite alot on the office wear. but life has to move on ....

Aiya, treat this a lesson learnt lor...I also kena F left right centre by my parents last time when i worked there...But it was through this which i realise how much they really loved me...Dun feel sad or wat, juz move on...I'm sure u are smarter already after this...Applies to me 2...haha -

There is definitely no admin positions available....Only sales positions lor...But if they put down only sales, who will go down for the interview tio bo? And no hourly rates for staffs lor...If got, i think they owe me a lot liao...Anyway, i don't wanna get into trouble by saying more...The truth is out there for everyone to see.... -
WAHAHAHA...i fucking worked at this place for 6 days seh..i even went ahead for the sales pitch to my parents! i was so gullible..luckily at last i came to my senses and quit dat duckin place..but..i did make new frens..
