  av, I'm still balking at placing orders for my textbooks because they are so darn ex!    Only saving grace is, I can claim tax rebates for them.

  I went to Amazon.com to read reviews about one of the textbooks I'm contemplating getting, and this comment is quite funny!

  "I hate my professor so much that it rubbed off on the book! BUt it's okay and does what it should.

  I heard one of e uni has e-book rights for textbooks.. as long it's so called local virtual network

  but I'm pretty sure there's quota onto how much readers can be on any time

  Not all.  Almost all the textbooks and/or reference books I need are not available in the e-format yet.    I'll be so happy if they were because most of my textbooks are very thick and extremely heavy.  It would be fantastic to be able to carry around my textbooks and view anatomy in full colour on an e-reader!

  I'll find it very hard to study from an e-book.  I have a need to flip pages,  highlight, underline, scribble my own notes, insert extra notes / practice questions / questions I need to find answers to, tag with stick-it's, etc.  Can't do all that on some network access textbook that you can't even bring home with you to mull over!
