there's an error in your 1st sentence. instead it should read "Dr Mahathir is a joke". 2nd error is in your last sentence. after amendment, it should be "country with plentiful natural resources run by corrupt authorities" -

I've read those before, probably not as often as in Malaysia's press
Anyway Singapore's press seldom report such stuff... only the wan bao report those gossips to attracts those lonely horny uncle to buy wan bao.

singapore is very good at covering up news.. so that people don't get influenced in a way or another, multiplying the crimes.
malaysia, a country with population 6times singapore.. i must say is a little harder to manage. oh well, if we count it statistically, if we have 1 incest case in sg, m'sia will have 6.. taking the ratio 1:6.
if m'sia is uncivilised, sg will be uncivilised too. if you say m'sians are always badmouthing about sg, do you dare to admit that sporeans do that to m'sians too??
there bound to be some black sheep among the people.. and also, there's this tendency to highlight the shortcomings of another. if you realise, it is unlikely for newspaper to report how gracious another person is..

Did you actually realise that places that have fixed charges, all the cost are being paid by people living in other areas.

M'sian politics will be less screwed up with a stronger MCA. the bumiputras constitution favors the major muslim population and has so far prevented this. but this turned out to be muslims' own undoing, leaving them less competitive. but global economic colaboration especially with China has lent MCA a stronger presence in M'sia
