3) For the first few times, then I got used to it.
4) Look up smegma on Google. That's what the substance is called. Clean it up.

1. use warm water is better... but of cos both will do
2. mild soap is the best... foam bath also can but dun choose brands like Detol and all those medicated or antibacteria ones. (reasons you dun need to know la... very bio de... so just follow)
3. i think you have enough answers on this...
4. dirt... must clean those stuff off regularly...

it should be normal to feel a little tingling feeling while washing. its a sensitive area u know. if it hurts real bad then i suggest u see a doc.
the white/yellow substance is called smegma. u should always wash em off.

2) nope at currently for dick, u might try getting it online, if u can find it, but normal body wash form can do it...still, it pains a bit, so just use soap to clean can liao...
3) yes, initially, as ur dick is not yet exposed enough, from this question, could u be a guy who is just reaching or reached puberty? (say 16yo)
for that reason, it would at first feel abit strange when u clean it w/o the foreskin, but it's better to clean w/o the foreskin, meaning the part where u pull ur foreskin down, a clean dick is a happy dick, remember
consult a circumsized guy abt how he overcome that strange feeling, if u really feel "that" strange...
4) are u referring to a soft solid like white substances? or liquid form?
anyway, be it wadever form, best to just clean it away... -
