Attached but lonely on Vday

My bf and I have been together for 3 year.. which is consider very long. I am really disappointed in him.. he din even ask me out on V day and he didnt even mention anything abt it. I was waiting for him to ask me out on V day.. and he seems to be enjoying and busy celebrating chinese new year. I dun even think he bought any presents for me and I even took the trouble to search for a gift for him but i got nothing in return. Am i too sensitive or should i dump this guy?

firstly...3 years also not consider very long..if 3 years no celebrate V'day...and dump him becoz of this..my parents would have got divorce long time ago
secondly..why must u wait for him to date u out..u can ask him out 1 mah..plan something for him...
dun becoz of 1 day..and judge him based on it...if normally..he treat u goot..i don't see any reason why u should be that upset -

bunnie boink... at least ur bf has a reason y he cant spend v day with u.. but my bf can ask me out after his lesson and both of us finish our lesson at the same time tmr.. but he didnt. This is not the first time already.. past occasions like v day, my bday etc and we dun even celebrate our anniversary.. Im not the materialistic kind.. i juz wan to spend the special moment with him, i dun ask for more. At least he can wish me and let me know that he still remembers me on that special day..

Since you already have the thought of breaking up with him, why don't you have a heart to heart talk with him??tell him what u need??communication is very important in a relationship,communicate more with him..and a 3 years relationship will more or less be stale already..its human nature to neglect those things closest to you..and you will only know their importance if you lose it..maybe you can ask him out on V-day and talk with him..if all ends well then good for you..if not then it is also quite special to breakup on V-day..me lost my girlfriend of 4 1/2 yr on a christmas..good luck to you..and HAPPY Valentine..
