V-day is not so impt. as long as he remembers the above.
Even if he don't buy any present, an SMS or call will do.
This will show how impt you are to him.

If you already feel there are problems with the relationship
and are in the 'testing' stage where you just keeping your eyes wide open

then why dont you take the initiative to plan and ask him out?

v-day really is just another day.
my guy also no gimme present no nothing. only i wish him happy v-day then he wish back. haha! i gave him present early too. but it's ok. all i ask for is him to be faithful and loving........ if ur BF is not then something really wrong liaoz.
most guys are sweet in their own way. the guai guys are usually the "blockheads". the ones not very good as boyfriends but excellent as hubbies. haha! mine's prob in this category... but really, if u want romance, be wary of him treating every gal like that too ya know? -
