regarding how i change, i tell her how i feel and what i am thinking and what others ( in the prono's ) and other people's experienc in this forums and other forums. explore and search more with her in this area together.
this is a problem of both of us.not her alone. so is best to learn together.

Seriously, you should just tell her how you're feeling. It's funny how some people are comfortable enough to sleep with each other, but feel uncomfortable talking about it. A big part of sex has to do with communication and being in tune with each other.
