Note: everyone doesn't agree on incest, therefore, i follow the crowd. however, if one day, someone asked me why, I would like to be able to tell him the reason why this is not good. ...

Hey guys, be matured and rational in a topic. Dun say things like "go ask yr mum", "go see doctor", etc when a convincing answer could not be given.
1) First we hv to be clear whether incest results in "having baby". If yes, personally I think it's not so good based on medical and moral reasons for the offspring..
Dun argue abt "moral", saying that ppl set the rules and one place is different from another. But the fact is that in the whole world, ppl of different races have the same rules really means something so ancient that we cannot explain or deny some truth abt it (like when u see a baby thrown down the buidling, why should u feel cruel? though some defiance ppl may say shiok).
2) If there is no baby, juz thrill or affection, then it is very arguable for some I think. Frankly, some teenagers may hv peeped their sisters bathing or changing because of curiousity and growing urge. While peeping your neighbour's daughter may be sued, peeping yr own sister when caught is almost always pardonable. Why?
So tis boils down to, is incest (without baby) being commited because it is part of growing-up urge, or is it done by a person delibrately out to defile someone or some rules without any feeling involved.
This to me would be the point to argue. -

In the past the royal families or those of the very rich during pre-medieval times ( i can't remember the exact time frame) practice incest since it preserves the family fortune/bloodline/etc... But those are normally between cousins.. seldom between close family like siblings etc...
Nowadays incest is condemned... for many reasons such as genetic ones like down's syndrome... In addition, marriage within the immediate family is also seen economically disadvantageous since the couple would not have the economic support of both family sides provided by normal marriages...
It is also instinctual as well... animals tend to practice intercourse outside the immediate family for increasing the gene pool...
