  nowadays, there are so many multi-storeys carparks all over the island... i'm sure you certainly can find one suitable one... if you just observed any MSCP when you enter one on the upper levels, you would occassionally discover an isolated vechicle with its engine running away... some MSCP are rather open or constructed badly in design so avoid those...

  heehee..... i ever tried making out with my gf in her bedroom while her parents went out to buy lunch. so we tot of having a quicky.... in the mist of it, the dad came home, in a panic, i ran to the guestroom which was just opp her bedroom. then...... kana caught in action in the process of running across..... just imagine in the movie suddenly all went slow motion.....

  so... the moral of the story is..... plan your time properly & do not try asking your parents to buy food when the coffeeshop is just next block......

  dun like coming in my gf leh.. even when wearing condom. Very stress for the rest of the month (esp if her period comes late)..
  
  anyway, back to e topic. did it in changing room of departmental store before. But super uncomfortable, cos has to do it standing and must be very quiet (for obvious reasons!). Only good for a quickie.
