  i don't think so. adam's apple shaving is purely for visual cosmetic purposes only. a more feminine voice is achieved thru hormones and speech theraphy

  Hormones do not change voice, there's only voice therapy and surgery but of course in surgery, you risk losing your voice should something go wrong.

  So technically, a post-op (assuming nothing goes wrong during surgery) would be physically indistinguishable from a girl, besides the fact that she will not be able to bear children?

  well yes, although some of them who were previously men with rather masculine features would need to go thru further plastic surgery.
