1) Person's Eyes.
2) Texture/Appearance of skin.
3) The hands at the lower right corner of screen.
4) The needle used to pierce the person's flesh.
5) The number of fingers on the 'surgeon'.
6) The black/beige color that seems to fog the screen.
7) The hands of the person lying on the bed.

This is real ok, not a movie. Now look at the details closely.
1) Eyes are silver and glow.
2) Hands of the patient are same texture as the bed/walls/tubes.
3) Hands of the surgeon are 3-fingered.
4) Tubes connecting to patient's chest, shoulders, hips.
5) Everything in the room looks organic, 100% biological.
This is whats freaky about the clip.. -
