for gals.... i dunno. i got different "reports" apparently they are grouped and some did not get checked well the slow developers got checked.
i thought poly and uni admission also got check. i heard gals for poly/uni admission more thorough than guys.
uni admission didn't check the private part. I guessed same for the gals.. -

i only recall having that checkup in p6. there were 2 different doctors, heard that the one on the left only looks, and the one on the right will touch it. i went to the one on the left.
i had one in secondary school though, but they didnt check that. they just wanted to check your backbone, so you had to remove your shirt. the nurse half freaked out when she found out i had boobs. fortunatly she never told the school.
i wonder if a male or female nurse is gonna check me during my ns checkup...? -
during pri 6, the female nurse (quite young) checked my kuku and after that i demanded i checked hers (fair and square this way) and she agreed

my sec school i can remeber only check spine only...n other minor test like bp, blood, eyesight etc etc etc...never have to strip my pants

i also check spine... then they say i special case altho i not those born liao spine got problem 1. then i go the medical centre they say im too tall -_-; for a 15 year old im 181 and in singapore only 3% of the 15year old is 175 and above -_-

uni admission didn't check the private part. I guessed same for the gals..
i think from uni onwards macam every medical exam they go thru they need to expose their "chest"... be it for pre-employment, uni, etc etc -
i don mind doing that for a living.

what is the purpose of body checkup in poly and uni? I remembered last time whan i entered poly in 1999, they only ask me to go for X=yRay and thats all. I still wonder why need body checkup? any1 can explain?

Well, i know if you go Poly Nursing, they do explain as part of the curriculum involves you in contact with ill patients. As for other faculties, they only brief explanation they gave was that because classroom is a contained environment, so they don't want contagious diseases.
But my question is, if someone has a bre@st lump. I don't see how that's contagious!!!! -

I dunno what's the policy now, but it used to be that the checkup is done by any available doctor.
Dunno now if female students to female doctor. -
primary school got check up
plus bcg
sec. school NO check up
got BCG again
poly check up by a doc in a clinic lah!
