regarding underage sex..

assuming you're a girl and you did it before your 16th bday with a guy willingly.. after that, you realise how much of a jerk he is & then dump him. say.. the guy's practically thriving off you, being dependant financially on you & all.. but because back then, you were too mesmerized by him so you overlooked his scheming tactics of taking advantage of you.
now you decide to report this matter to the police to take revenge.. but there's no real evidence besides his diary entries. is it possible to charge him for underage sex?
just curious to know.

Should be.. Provided someone can vouch that the diary indeed belongs to him and thats his handwriting.. Even if he argue that he like to lie, He can be sued for defamation

Well depending how long ago the case happened..
Most importantly the judge will gonan ask y the sudden decesion to bring case to court
but one thing for sure u'll still get nothing much back...

well , thats the crux of the situation , but if your still under 16, the court will normally not release your name , they should consider you a minor. it won't even be in the court report, your name will be A or B .

Ya an the he will not be sentenced guilty thingy , the court will have to be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt of his guilt , but then again looking at the singapore courts , they seem to be satisfied really easily
