Hey, something just shot into my mind... If an underaged girl managed to outmuscle (or drug him first) a guy and rape him, then the underage girl go to the police and claims to be rape, then how? Wah liew, because this society is leaning towards the female side, so when something like this, as absurd as it may sound, then I wonder if the poor man really have to suffer his fate in jail. For the guys who think being raped is fun, it's only a fantasy lah, in actual fact it's going to be really painful. Ask your gf to experiment then you'll know.

I have no doubts that the person will be charged and jailed even if the underage 'victim' lied completely.
This is why there is an increasing climate of requiring males to be very careful about being alone with underage individuals. Especially, in the States, many men are careful to be with kids only with their wives or other parties present.
I myself would try to be careful, for any accusations of such would totally tarnish your reputation even if the investigations ultimately clear you. In all, stay away from jail baits.
There has been incidents of blackmail where people pay kids to 'seduce' the target, at the end which the person is forced to comply with the blackmailer's demands. This can be very easily done by paying underage 'prostitutes' that do not look underage to accompany the target. So becareful on who you fool around with.
The public and courts tend to lean significantly to the side of the underage victim, regardless of what you may say. -
