hi all,
don't you people watch CSI?
what the difference between rape and consensual sex?
and for someone who even suggested that underage rape the guy and then report police. Do you know the term "medical examination"??
bottomline, if you force your way thru a thick brush like to go to the other side, what happens? and now if you walk though the thick brush seperated like 2 feet wide, what happens?
Go Figure..
I think the person that needs to go figure is yourself. The topic is about underage sex. There is no such thing as consensual sex when you are underaged, for the law perceives that a child is unable to make a rationale decision.
Secondly, the topic involves accusing someone after a period of time, say more than a year. Your CSI shows mainly cover dead bodies that suffer from rape, mainly within a few days. Hard to cover any evidence of rape after the event has passed for a longer period of time.
It is more of the danger of being accused of being involved in underaged sex, and not being guilty. It is your word against the other parties, and sad to say the victim tends to carry more weight.
