Secondly, the topic involves accusing someone after a period of time, say more than a year. Your CSI shows mainly cover dead bodies that suffer from rape, mainly within a few days. Hard to cover any evidence of rape after the event has passed for a longer period of time.
It is more of the danger of being accused of being involved in underaged sex, and not being guilty. It is your word against the other parties, and sad to say the victim tends to carry more weight. -

they should have an understanding.. underaged younglings (as in girls) who wear revealing clothes SHOULD be blamed if they have *ahem*.. then it wont be so inba..

Guys: Be extremely careful when in company of girls who are below 16 years old and don't get yourself raped by them. Girls: Focus on your studies and treasure your virginity.
