try eski bar, at circular road. you can definitely chill there. =)

bugis, there is always liang seah street....
a few places there....i usually hang out at C.A.N cafe...cos it closes later...(thoughe drinks standards have dropped).
haha eski at circular rd, heard from friend that e service there sucks...try e holland v one better
