do u think that the minimum legal age of sex in sg could be lower down from 16 to let's say 12 or 13? some western countries minimum age for legal sex is around 12 or 13 anyway.

Ok... but I can tell you there will still be ppl who "do it" even if its legal age of 19 allowed. These ppl have to be educated on the responsiblilties and consequences of "doing it".
