What IF the girl decided to sue the guy after both initially consented and "did it"? Its a big debate over should the "rape" issue be abolished or not, but rather more should be focused on educating the young and old alike on the issues relating to sex and consequences and responsibilities. Once they know more about it, they will know the consequences of underage or unconsented sex AND should some individuals still go with it... Its their choice and its their responsibilities after that.
As for "oral" sex and such mah... I dunno. People still do it even if its banned or what. Its their choice. What can we do? Install CC cameras in ALL places? Really, there is only one place and one person capable of doing that... The Architect in the Matrix!

attention should be focused on education but removing potential and needless pitholes is important too. educate all you like and informed choice as it is, the issue of unfairness, injustice and other problems are still there and need to be resolved. take for instance a law saying its now illegal to touch your partner unless in a direct act of procreation( abit extreme i know) so just because its explained and known to you the law is ok and more efforts should be turned on telling pple about the law?

In any case, what if some one entered the wrong room and caught them at it? the problem now is why should it be banned and to get it unbanned if its not reasonable or needed; not just saying because people won't be caught we shall leave it. that sort of behaviour might in the end lead to all rights and possibilites being denied. -

case #1. An underage girl had intercourse with an underage boy. no matter who start first, even if the girl forced the boy to have intercourse, it's still considered as a rape case, the boy rape the girl, in the law.
case #2. A man ACCIDENTLY flashed in front of a woman. the woman can sue the man, and the man will be considered as immoral. His fault for not being careful. But if a woman ACCIDENTLY flashed in front of a man, she can sue the man too! The man will be considered as a pervert too for peeping the woman. -

I cant help it if the general public sees me as this if this happened to me. Afterall, the public only sees one side of the story and its incomplete. If they really believe this side of da story, den so be it. I live with a clear conscious. Not in my control.
