Is my sister too old to be caned?

yesterday my 17 yr old sis was caned (4 strokes) by dad for getting drunk and coming home late. do u think shes too old to be caned? have other 17 yr old girls or older been caned for any offences?

Well she is not suppose to be drunk in the first place. How hurtful will the father be seeing his daughter in that state?

I won't be surprised if she continues to get drunk just to spite her father. Girls are like that, especially at that age. -

we have different laws and family values.
americans can sue for anything and everything but that is not how we operate here.
if her father cane or beat her up regularly and/or for no reasons at all then it is right to go to the authorities. but in this instance the father caned her because she got drunk. -
