Liquor is not cheap. Go during happy hours or during some promotional nights.

got for hotel lounges.
my personal fav is fullerton. very comfy seats, soothing music, bright lights, cuties to look at plus they dun chase you away. they close ard midnight.
another place i like is intercontinental. less cuties, dim romantic lights, comfy seats, music okie la. i think they r open late -
