Under some circumstances u will not be liable for having sex wif underaged. Come on lar, even if the girl willingly had sex wif u, she can turn around the very next day and said u raped her. U still in deep shit, and gotta prove yourself. This is wat happened to many ppl! So kua heng suay, ok? Eitherway, u still get to enjoy that cell for afew days during the investigation.
That was why many ppl complaint that it was not fair for the guys in such cases - difficult to prove themselves. The girls who lied that they were raped were given very light sentences, while the guys could be jailed several years, with caning some more. Remmeber the famous story abt the commando afew yrs ago? He was lucky got survillence camera and the recorded tape was almost about to be re-used. If not for the tape, I bet he's gonna have a few scars on his ass.
