Any cuts or even bleeding gums and the virus may spread... else unlikely... most likely if have will spread to the next person she blows, coz the germs will be stuck to the back of her mouth, so the next person sway. (not kidding, heard someone got STD from a bj).
At the end of the day...
1) use protection even if its a bj
2) wash your mouth with anticeptic mouth wash if theres oral sex
3) if you ever feel you may have contracted STDs, go for a blood test.
