as said before, she's 14.. wad the hell do you really know at 14? Many people are over 20s and they still make foolish mistakes.
Anyway, my point is this should be reported to the police/relevant authorities. -

i think seeking the parent's consultation ( if available) maybe a good option. I think the gal's parents should have a say in this.

3 months is still first trimester... think the bulge would not be so visible. the sch is doin it to protect their reputation onli.
from wat i learn most sch dun really punish the student cause they want to change them.
but to protect the sch reputation.
if the sch really care abt this ger, would have info the parets long ago n sent her for counseling etc -
i think gals facing this kinda emotional and psychological 'trauma' may contemplate suicide. As a friend, hope you can lend a helping hand/ listening ear/ etc to make sure she remains sane and think logically....
Of course what she chooses to do is never your fault..it's her decision...just be a friend i guess... and be there for her.
think she'd need all the support now.. in more aspects than one -

they didnt do anything cause they scared if they dun handle properly they might lose their job.
teachers n principal is oso a job n is quit a well- paid job which teacher wont b so silly to get involved in such cases?
they r waitin 4 the parent to call police themselve.( i have frens workin in moe ) it like a strategy ppl use.
dun get invole 1st wait 4 the parents to move then they come in n do wat ever patten cause if they dun handel properly they might b blame etc
oso ppl wont blame the teachers ( of course la is not 100% the teacher's fault but really u c the way they handle the student really have to confidence to let local teacher to look after my kids) -

Remember . Abortion carries a risk . Also , you will kill a child of your own , that would have been the greatest sin . Abortion would also make her hard to get pregnant the next time when she plans to have a child .
People say , "wah give birth arh ? Need alot of $$$ leh .... " "So young give birth for what?" . True . But since you dont intend to have a baby yet , why have sex in the first place?
And using "no money to raise child" is an excuse . Would you harm your own body , child and risk bing hard to get pregnant rather than give birth and plan about the child's livelihood instead?
