Cut or no cut will not affect sex life but a cut one will be cleaner and less maintainence cos you can wash more thoroughly then the ones that are blocked by the skin. -
Yes it does, the foreskin provides a LOT of your sexual pleasure. When cut your glans (dickhead) get keratinized and you don't have a lot of the sexual tissue underneath glans. A lot of men are actually VERY disatisifed from being circumcised... it is impossible not to lose sexual pleasure from circumcision.
