Ask him out. Make him high till maximum then stop...esp during the time he wants to shoot like then stop ..... that's the worst moment ....
2nd way:
Kick him in his balls, one hard. This will prevent him from asking sex from you or other gals in future.

1st one, he's stronger. what's to stop her from getting raped when he's turned on? that will be much more traumatic
2nd one, he's still stronger, can hurt her in return when he recovers from the pain
better to avoid guys who can hurt you -
