  I use my hand to clean it and then shake, and then put the thing back after finished and back to small again.

  I go to the basin and put water and then take tissue to dry. This is at home... when outside, I take toilet paper and wipe dry. When peeing in the bushes I dont take leaf and wipe dry, wait got infection how? no time to take out tissue also. just leave it lor.
