Seriously, if this kind of thing happen and the guy is truely innocent, they shoud shame the girl.
If those girls can simply accuse people, ruin their lives and get away with it, where is the justice. -
I got one friend also have a similar experience. Met him while doing NSF or reservist.
And you know what. Now he didn't dare to be alone in lift with another lady anymore, scared get accused again. His whole life changed liao. -
If he is in the lift alone. The lift stop at one floor and one lady step in, he will get out of the lift.....
After he told me this, I become more aware already. Be very careful OK.
Let me relate one incident, about three weeks ago:
I was in the MRT standing next to the veritcal bar between the doors. Train very crowded. I put my hands at my side. Then got one group come in I think TP or R place, office people. This lady, quite well dressed (that is why I noticed her) lean against the vertical bar. Then I noticed that another lady had her hand onthe bar already and this first lady is leaning against her hand around the back just above the butt area. It was so packed that the well dressed lady really can't move. Probably not aware of the hand initially. I am standing right behind the well dressed lady. Then the "hand" sort of move around as the crowd shifted and sure enough the well dressed lady turn her head around quickly.... she probably suspect that the hand on the bar is mine.
Shit man, I then scared..... I tell you. both my hands quickly go from my side to my shoulders. I put left hand or right shoulder and right hand on left sholder, like X in front. I don't even dare to touch the vertical bar even when the train swayed, Just try to balance on my two fee. The lady turn around sharply a few times as the hand move, I feel like waving my two hands in the air to show that I am not the one.....
Guys, better be careful, sometimes misunderstanding can happen and we are at the losing end. -
If i were u, innocent and being accused, i'll blow this issue BIG!!! I will try all legal means to apply pressure back to them including the person who accused me.
Go see MP... tell him y u should have to wait so long to have ur name cleared.. its a mental torture for u. Very soon u can see the wonders of a simple MP's letter can do.
Make sure that this case is close n u r classified as "Innocent" not becoz they cant find evidence against u.
Rememer:
U r Innocent = Gal give false statement. Sue her!
No evidence = Gal statement remains true, u r lucky this time.

This man at this company X was not very welcomed. The girls that hate him, such that one day they gang up to report to police that he molested them.
Wow, whole load of "live" evidence, u think who the police should belive. Later, the "so-called victims" took away the charges -- they admit they lied.
The wife and the man were very distraught, the neighbours knew and pointed fingers, so they have to move. The man continued to work at , errhh i cant remember, i think it's the same company but different dept.
And it's true that this case drag for quite some time.
I think it's good suggestion to blow up this case to the media since he is innocent. Let the whole world know about this SLUT. When u r cleared, She will be Spat at for the rest of her life. That's for scarring ur life, dude. I stand by u dude. -

This type of news spread very fast in ur neighbourhood. All it takes is just one asshole to point u from the back telling others to beware of u. I would rather the whole world to know i m innocent rather than the news which had a negative impact on me to spread slowly around my neighbourhood. Is it true that accepting the warning means I am guilty? I asked the IO and he said "no" Innocent until proven guilty. He also told me a similar story to someone who didn't accept the warning and the DPP went to charge him instead. He kinda hinted to me to accept so that it will lead to his initial recommendation of "No further action"
I know that the DPP are higher ranking than the police in the sense that they have to listen to what the DPP adviced them to do, But I also heard that the DPP will also listen to the IO as he is the one doing the investigation. In this case the IO has already stop investigating and has already decided NOT to charge me since day one. I was released about a hellish 11 hrs (6pm to 5am) from the station on bail. After the second visit the bail was removed and I was kinda free to carry my life till this day..... easier said than done You think the DPP doing my case will be so cruel as to charge me even though there is no evidence and the IO said no further action? If the answer is a logical "no" than why are they taking donkey years to clear an innocent guy's name....

If you accept a warning, it IS something like pleading guilty so if you DO get into trouble next time, this warning will be against you.
Best get a lawyer or if you have patience and feel that waiting is not that much of a headache, you can wait loh.
More or less this two options lah. -
To be safe, make sure wherever you go, you leave a trace of yr presence that cannot be falsified. Finger prints or places where you need to show yr IC and the details on the IC is recorded down.
Make sure you are not alone at all times and make sure the person/s you are with are trusted.
Also if you going to board a bus/train. make sure it's not crowded. when you go places, make sure u are out of arms reach of any lady.
ok fine...this is so naggy. but waht to do when u have some ladies who just wanna wrongly accuse men of things that they didnt do. -
my friend e other time witness an accident... it took e police about 1 year plus to call him up again for statement u know.. my friend said he totally forgotten about e whole incident liao...think u hafta wait.

I think a very important point to note here is whether your arrest would remain in police files or not...not charged doesnt mean that you will not have a "record" in the police files...meaning next time...if someone checks up on U via legal methods...would he find out that U have been arrested before?
Criminal records(convicted) and police records are two different things leh...
Furthermore..."no further actions" doesnt mean U will be OK till the end of your life...as long as you have not been charged in court with that offence...they can still charge you...and someone(I believe my source is reliable) once told me that police sometimes wait...if U commit an offence(whether U really do it or not is another thing)...they will add in this current one and charge U together...meaning U face not 1 charge but 2...
Another thing...IOs sometimes tell stories...but how can U be sure that the story actually happened?Dun get influenced by him...make your own decisions...

Hi Xcert, I don't I ever will have to worry about a next time... I have always have a clean record all my life untill this unlucky moment
I think a very important point to note here is whether your arrest would remain in police files or not...not charged doesnt mean that you will not have a "record" in the police files...meaning next time...if someone checks up on U via legal methods...would he find out that U have been arrested before?

What's important for me right now is to have this case closed and hopefully my name cleared. My IO said that I'm innocent until proven guilty and I feel that he is also trying to help me end the case fast also... at least that's what he told me. He also told me that the girl's father might also be dropping the case. He did also mention that my lawyers will not be able to speak to the DPP so I can do nothing but wait, is that true?
I also said ok to going for the lie dector test but after the 2nd statement he told me the case will end faster as scheudling a test will take many months than I asked him if it was compulsary to go. He said "No" and the results cannot be used in court anyway. So I never had to go for any tests.
Is it true that DPPs take a long time to return a police file back to them? Lastly do they have the right to suggest to the police to charge me even if they have no evidence of any kind? If they can do that, than all girls in Singapore can easily point fingers to any guy to get him into deep shit... -

I am not going to act smart and say things which contridict what your IO told U or the current police-DDP-lawyer procedures...but remember this...your IO is only doing a job...your case is just one of the many he had done...what makes U think that he is going out to help U...Go think about it and make your own decisions...
