If your breasts are big...not wearing a bra will just make your breasts sag faster with age.... although design matters... but i still feel that getting e correct kind of bra that gives u e correct support for your breasts is most important I must admit VS do have a huge range of undergarments.

well no tops at home is fine or during bedtime ( is recommended ).. otherwise, i dun think so unless u dun mind 'showing' ur nipples thru the tops u wear, whether of its colour, esp thin white top...
