you are perfectly right about personal hygiene...
imagine how gross it'll be if there's someone giving you the b.j and she kisses you right after that...
is that the meaning of sharing... 
thats why if you don't want to be eating your own smegma... don't let your partner of gf eat them... flushing with water does not help... it doesn't just flow away, its best washed with soap...
for the adventurous... try soaking your didi in Detol... but when you've realised that its turned too dark... switch to Bleach... take note if the time soaked else it might shrink....
