Have u read law books before . They have all those hypothetical scenes to make people understand law easier. If they include every details how to make them win the case, the law books will be 10 times thicker An example, some story like tis goes in the penal code for culpable homicide, saying tat if soldiers r acting according to orders, they r not guilty of murderSoldiers, if acting under orders from supervisor in firing a cannon at the public, are not guilty of culpable homicide.

Look at section 39, penal code.A person is said to cause an effect “voluntarily” when he causes it by means whereby he intended to cause it, or by means which, at the time of employing those means, he knew or had reason to believe to be likely to cause it.
She consent to have oral sex and she knew about the end effect (they having oral sex). She by law, is also volunteering too. Please do not use our own understanding of English to interprete law...

Well, few years ago, the law stated that oral sex is only legal when it lead to sex.
