I think this is a reasonable explanation. She didn't expect you to clear customs quicker than usual. She made a bad call, her judgement in timing is bad, but don't be anal lah. When you called she immediately left to pick you up what. Is she always late or just occassionally?
What's the use of blowing your top over the phone when that will only make her less receptive to your opinions? You could've just told her off when you meet her and give her a better time estimate to pick you up next time. It's not that your anger is invalid, but showing your temper in that way does nothing to improve things to your favour.
