there is a time to be loyal and a time to let go. I think you have been by her side for too many years already (just look when this thread was started). If she wants to choose you, she would have done it long time ago. I dunno what keeps you by her side, maybe it is because of hope. But there is a time to let go of that and move on too. Find someone who will appreciate your loyalty more. If you are hurt, you only have yourself to blame because if you are firm and move from this long time ago, you wouldn't be crying now.
I am actually telling this to myself now. I know it is hard, I have had long time crushes too, the most recent one lasted for almost 2 years and we were close friends as well. Actually now that we got this out of the way, we are closer frens

U haven't leave her, how would u know u can't live without her??Sometimes people tend to cling on to things that they can't have it..It is the same with u..U may say that u love her alot..But a part of it is that u don't want to give up becoz u never had her totally before..

when i was about to reached home.. she sms me and ask whether i wanted to go supper..
i replied that i will be late.. unless she wants to be a hungry ghost.. she can wait.. then she sms me its ok then good night..
then when i arrived.. i called her and asked whether she wants to eat and asked her whether she ate dinner.. she replied only Old Chang Kee ..and i suggested the grilled chicken, which is a few roads opposite our area.. then she said 2 pcs.. then i said i buy for her.. i ran to the shop.. hoping that its not close.. thank god i arrived and managed to get 2 pcs for her.. and i dashed back to her house.. when i was there.. i sms and called her but no reply.. then her sis came out and i came to realise that she was bathing..
therefore i handed the stuffs to her sis.. and ask her to pass it to her.. i had to rush off coz i had to buy ice-cream for family.. while walking back she called me and she thanked me .. later when i got home we just exchanged sms
....

My question is, Have you tried to tell her stright in to her face that you love her and can't do without her?
Maybe that will solve your doubts and whether is time to move on or not.

Though I'm a gal, I still want to say that nightyoung's love interest is responsible for causing him such confusion too. If she has discovered that he's the first one to deliver 2 chicken wings to her doorstep, she'd have no problem feeling flattered how overpowering she is to him and how amazingly interesting that he's still at her beck and call though she's committed to another guy now.
I had a long disussion with our pal here and he knows what and why I say the above and more. Those who're sharp and weathered would agree with me that it's hard to tango alone.
The biggest problem is nightyoung can't think clearly or sensibly and he always fail to see beyond his feelings for her. Perhaps, he has even failed to see the 'real' person in her. Yet, she's certainly & doubtlessly happy to have nightyoung making her happy & satisfying her demands while she makes yet another guy (her bf) happy.
I'd love to read that one day, her conscience & real feelings get the better of her and she takes a 2nd look at our pal here.
