Relax lah, I dun wanna start a racial war here, whether malays, ang mos or other races, as long as they dun behave well, they are bad people, dun be stereo-typical, very bad for health.
By the way, I've come to know of many malay friends, they are not as "bad" as you think, they are like normal people also, just tat they are a bit playful and they really value pride like those Japanese...ha ha!!
So far no ang mo friends, cos its a very rare race in school and NS. Even so, they are only an acquintance. Heard from some friends tat they are hardcore fanatics and very good activity partners...heh heh!! Dunno true or not.

From what I see, you are in the wrong..as you 'assume' that they knew you were going to alight. Well whether they knew or did not know, does not matter...the most important was to inform them. That's all you had to do. All you had to say was 'Accuse me'! then definitely there was no confrontation and I bet they are more willing to move aside for you to alight whether they are punk or not. Learn abit of manners yourself and don't look down on punks unless they deliberately block your way, then you have the right to be offensive! If you were in overseas I bet you'd be told off ... Your action does not speak, only your mouth.

When I go the other way, I find it no point in yelling back at me, "you cannot say excuse me ah!?!?", as if I shove his hand off the bar without saying anything. Question... Did I do tat? Answer... no I did not.
And yes, I never say anything about "looking down" on punks. And if you are speaking about manners, tell tat to the "punks" first. If you can't even understand simple body languages, I think you can stop wasting your time lecturing me about this "learn you manners" thingy and start reading on a book on "body languages". -
