if i do not lend the money, he might be forced to marry his gf because of it.
if i lend him, i know that i can get the full amount back but he might not learn to be responsible for his actions.

firstly, my friend's gf is his gf, not my friend. just 'hi & bye' whenever i meet her.
2ndly, she didn't ask me. my friend asked me.
3rdly, i don't ask about my friends' sexual life(or the usage of condoms).
4th, i do not know whether it is true or not. just knew it over the phone less than 1 hour ago. -
