  The government got to do something. Afterall they want to justify our tax dollars. Didn't they make international news or rather laughing stock with the oral sex saga.
  
  Anyway, lots of people are saying it is age 16. But the Penal Code 375 says 14. So, there, not trying to encourage teenagers to engage in such conducts. But people should get their facts right. Educated as we may be.

  Having sex with a minor below 14, with or without concent is deemed statutory rape. So even if you got the ger's consent, still consider as rape. This is wat is meant by the legal age of consent.
  
  However, also covered under Woman's Charter 145, in the protection of women against offences, having carnal intercourse with a girl under the age of 16, with or without her consent is also an offence. Thus effectively, the legal age for a ger to have sex is 16.
  
  So guys, do spare a tot for the gers and dun jus go along with ur hormones and prey on young gers...
